Recent Improvements
Out with the old and inefficient, in with the new & environmentally conscientious. In 2006 we removed our leaking, aged pool and hot tub and replaced it with a salinity based therapy spa which should vastly reduce our water, chemical and energy use while improving your après-ski soaking experience. We are pleased to introduce this plus a host of other improvements for 2007.

New at TMI:

• Courtyard: replaced the pool with a therapy spa, heated benches and
  expanded patio for weddings, outdoor meetings and other special events.
• Extended and strengthened our FREE wireless Internet
• Fitness center
• Replaced our old coin-op with 3 new water-efficient guest laundries (honor system)
• Added ski and luggage storage
• Expanded security system
• Extended front desk hours
• Added fireplace and lounge area to Lobby

• Remodeled kitchens w/ granite counter tops
• Remodeled travertine baths and dressing rooms
• New hi-efficiency AC and heat pumps
• Improved task and accent lighting

• Custom Ralph Lauren paint
• Pillow top mattresses and optional king beds
• Ipod docking stations

New environmental efforts:

• Our therapy spa uses a salinity-based sanitizing system rather than chlorine
• Our new AC and heat pumps have a SEER (energy efficiency) rating of 19 to 21, which is 3 to 4 times higher than conventional systems.
• We expanded our recycling efforts throughout the property
• We upgraded our laundries to water and energy-efficient front load machines
• Added Complementary Organic, Fair Trade Coffee by Green Mountain Roasters
