Dogs take over Main St for Halloween

Sightings of little ghouls and goblins will be commonplace on Historic Main Street Monday afternoon during the annual Halloween on Main celebration.  Businesses will open their doors to trick or treaters and their parents on Oct. 31, from 3 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.
